This is our standard size re-useable bird nesting feeder/holder pre filled with Alpaca fleece.
While Alpaca fibre is similar to sheep’s wool, it is warmer, smoother, not prickly, and has no lanolin, which makes it hypoallergenic.
Alpaca fibre is naturally water-repellent, so you cam leave it out all year and very easy for birds to make into cosy nests.

Put your Alpaca Fibre in your garden from as early as straight after Christmas to attract nesting birds to your garden. It takes a few weeks for the birds to get used to it being there. But by mid-January they will start taking small pieces. Come February onwards they will be taking lots back and forwards to their nests. Sit back and enjoy watching them.

We have a large herd of award winning stunning alpacas, born and raised near the south downs in West Sussex.
Our alpacas are carefully sheared once a year in spring. We mainly have black and brown alpacas, but do have fawn as well.

You can then reuse the holder for fat balls for your birds or buy a refill of Alpaca fluff!
